TO CONVERT YOUR MANUFACTURED HOME TO REAL PROPERTY AN CONVERSION AFFIDAVIT IS REQUIRED (link below). 

THE FORM MUST BE COMPLETELY FILLED OUT, ENDORSED BY THE ASSESSOR, RECORDED WITH THE RECORDER'S OFFICE  AND THEN SUBMITTED TO NEVADA HOUSING DIVISION.

Prior to bringing the form to the Assessor's Office for their endorsement, please be sure that:

1) Property taxes have been paid in full for the current fiscal year. 

2) The Affidavit is completely filled out and the signatures are notarized.

3) The Legal Description is shown on the Affidavit or included as an Exhibit.

4) The ENTIRE COMPLETED FORM MUST be provided to the Assessor for enforcement.
